Of course, your learning depends on your level of knowledge, your organization, your talent and the training you have chosen. The correct application of the 8D method helps you to permanently eliminate the causes of errors and to establish a continuous improvement process in your company.

We recommend the 3-day basic training (ST8B-01D-P3) to get you started. The 1-day introduction is designed without exercises and for decision makers, project managers or auditors who are not actively involved in the process.
