This one-day seminar, you will learn the fundamentals of customer orientation in the Korean and Japanese space. The peculiarities of the power structures within the Company, the differences in the business cultures and particularly the personal linguistic and non-linguistic communication. Also the specifics of the negotiations and the complaint handling are addressed.

Description: When speaking generally of customer focus, most think only to customers in the domestic markets. In this client the standards of a company are aligned. These are then also applied without hesitation to customers abroad. It is generally believed that foreign customers are just as happy as German clients if they meet quality and operated on time.
