Training days: 1 Day

Target: After the training the participants are able to create and evaluate FTAs with Isograph FT + methodically and mathematically correct.

Description: - FTA creation with FaultTree+: ·FTA structuring in FaultTree+. ·Applications and settings of the tool. - Qualitative and quantitative evaluation options: ·Preparation of results for normative requirements. ·Possibilities of the tool for report generation. - Other useful elements and tips.

Target groups: The method training is aimed at prospective or practicing users of the FT+ tool as well as method experts for system analyses.

Prior knowledge: Provided are mathematical knowledge of an engineering study or comparable training. The basics of probability theory should be known. What is needed is an understanding of the usual representations of electronic systems such as hardware block diagrams and / or software descriptions. Relevant knowledge predispose favorable for FMEA methodology or another experience a systemic analysis. Prior knowledge of the fault tree analysis is not required.
