Target groups: This workshop is designed for employees who moderate in an FMEA team as risk managers. The employees learn how to prepare an FMEA meeting in a topic-related manner and how to carry out the FMEA efficiently with a team

Prior knowledge: Participants will have a basic training in the FMEA methodology and risk analysis. Experience with moderation and whose conflict situation is advantageous but not absolutely necessary.
