AI-supported FMEA facilitation (Datapetal and other AI)

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a key quality management tool, but it is also time-consuming and resource-intensive. Modern AI technologies such as Datapetal and other AI-based assistants are opening up new ways to make FMEA moderation significantly more efficient, precise and interactive. In this seminar, you will learn how to use artificial intelligence in a targeted manner to support FMEA creation, FMEA evaluation and FMEA documentation while simultaneously improving the quality of the results.

Target: ·Understanding how AI tools (e.g. Datapetal, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) can support FMEA facilitation ·Identifying which FMEA process steps are particularly well suited for AI support ·Efficient use of AI for idea generation, root cause analysis, action planning and documentation ·Practical application: Setting up AI-supported FMEA facilitation using real-life scenarios as examples ·Discussion of limitations, opportunities and data protection aspects when using AI

Prior knowledge: Basic knowledge of FMEA methodology (AIAG-VDA 2019) is required. Prior knowledge of AI tools is not necessary. Previous experience in moderation is an advantage.
