Description: Introduction of the process-FMEA Method - Risik analysis - Different uses of FMEA - Benefit and responsibilities of FMEA Rules for using the process-FMEA method Interrelations of different FMEA technologies an general methods of failure prevention. Learn and handle different tools like Brainstorming, Team work and Team-building process. Team exercises by use case studies and dissusion. Understand und use the training handbook.

Target groups: Employees involved in the creation and development of process FMEAs. These are in particular specialists from the technical areas of product development, production planning and production who are involved in the design and development of parts and processes and who must prevent or minimize the occurrence of potential problems.
